Rules of Scheduling

Reservation period:

Each owner is entitled to a period of up to 6 weeks a year (42 days/year) of stay in the house, divided into 3 seasons, including:

  • Summer: second half of November to the first half of February
  • Holiday: a period on any national holiday
  • Standard: 4 periods in the other periods not covered in the 2 seasons above

Maximum number of days per booking:

Each 1/8 quota holder will be entitled to stay a maximum of 14 consecutive days per stay. Reservations must also be spaced at least 1 month between the end of one and the beginning of the next. Altogether there are 6 periods of up to 7 days each, and a maximum of 42 days a year.

Cancellation policy:

One of DOIZ's missions is to increase the use of second homes; where we know how happy our shareholders are. As a result, we discourage last-minute cancellations. However, we know that unforeseen events and plan changes happen. Every time a reservation is cancelled, all other shareholders are notified. If this cancellation is made in less than 60 days, so that the stay and date are not filled in, the reservation will be considered as used. The first cancellation older than 60 days will have no penalty. The second time onward will follow the same cancellation policy for periods of less than 60 days.

Relay:

We consider New Year's Eve and Carnival special cases. Making the property available for rent to third parties during these dates can generate revenue of up to 70% of the amount of your annual expenses! Therefore, on those dates, DOIZ houses are intended for rent to third parties, to bring in revenue and reduce the expenses of the co-owners.
